Turnkey PCB Assembly

Our Turnkey PCB assembly services, which are critical to any electronics manufacturing business, allow our customers to focus on the design and development of their product lines, while we handle all of the materials procurement to complete the printed circuit board assembly.

With our two high-speed assembly lines, as well as our manual placement, Youngtronics is able to handle a broad assortment of assembly needs – from high-volume production of standard PCB assemblies to specialized low-volume orders.

Consignment PCB Assembly

Consignment printed circuit board assembly is a great option for customers who want to supply their own components for their printed circuit boards. We also offer partial consignment (hybrid) in the event our customer wishes to provide a portion of the components on their Bill of Materials (BOM), while we procure and provide the rest. The end result is the same as with our Turn Key services in terms of the manufactured printed circuit boards.

As with our Turnkey PCB assemblies, our consignment orders also range from high-volume production of standard PCB assemblies to specialized low-volume orders. When placing an order for a consignment assembly service, it’s important to note that a certain level of trust is placed in our company when it comes to properly storing and managing customer-owned materials, sometimes for extended periods of time. We take this responsibility very seriously, and offer reassurances to our customers throughout all steps of the production process.We store all the components in our Environmentally controlled room where We maintain and monitor the Temperature and Humidity of that area very closely.

PCB Layout and Design

We have on-going affiliations with many well established design houses so that we may offer various design capabilities to our customers, depending upon the customer’s industry. This, along with our proven track record in providing excellent customer service, means you can feel confident that your printed circuit boards will meet all your design requirements.

Lead-Free PCB Assembly

We offer cutting edge lead-free PCB assembly (Pb-free)/ RoHS-compliant circuit board assemblies. In addition, we also offer options for no-clean and water soluble processes based on the types of the components in the assemblies like Mico and BGA Placement.

The following guidelines must be adhered to for lead-free/RoHS-compliant PCB assemblies:

Bill-of-Materials – must specify only RoHS compliant parts that meet lead-free and RoHS standards. The components must be able to withstand the higher temperatures required in the manufacturing process.
Ball Grid Arrays (BGAs) – ensure the solder balls of the BGA are the lead-free type. Attempts to solder leaded components on a LEAD Free PCB will create a lot of issues..
Moisture and Temperature Sensitivity – Ensure components are kept in an environmentally controlled area.

Leaded PCB Assembly

Although many of our customers use lead-free processes, we also have customers who still require the use of conventional leaded technology, so we continue to support them with our lead-based solder process. As with the leaded assemblies, we offer options for no-clean or water soluble processes.We have got Wave solder Machine which has both the Leaded and Lead Free options.

In-House 3D X-Ray Inspection Machine

Ball Grid Array (BGA), LED,QFN and Chip Scale Packages (CSP) are widely used in PCB assembly. We use our in-house X-Ray machine to do ultra high resolution inspection for our PCB assembly.
